   B2B Soft’s Wireless Standard Excels at AT&T’s EXCELLerate ’09 Northeastern Trade Show
July 20, 2009 – Brooklyn, New York - B2B Soft, a business-to-business software solutions company specializing in retail management platforms for the wireless/cellular retail industry, announced its participation in AT&T’s Northeastern Regional Agent Rally, EXCELLerate ’09. AT&T partners, vendors, and wireless agents from across the region were on hand to see the latest products and services on exhibit at the July 15th and 16th trade show and conference held in Florham Park, New Jersey.

B2B Soft met with its AT&T agents as well as other prospective clients at the event where it showcased the capabilities of its retail management platform, Wireless Standard. “AT&T has recognized the importance of our solution for its agent channel and invited us to demonstrate some of the advantages Wireless Standard can provide in terms of streamlining and simplifying daily operations,” says Cliff Skene, B2B Soft Senior Business Development Executive. “We were delighted to attend the show. It gave us the opportunity to connect with our AT&T agents in the Northeast and to hear what their needs are and how we can continue to successfully address them.”

B2B Soft showcased its activation integration via AT&T’s POS 2 feature with which agents can instantly download vital information concerning phone features, rate plans, IMEI’s, SIM cards, mobile numbers, add-ons, and specs, directly at the point of sale during phone activation. The process is responsible for sharply cutting down on fraud and errors in addition to reducing activation and transaction times. An automated bill payment system was another carrier specific feature that B2B Soft highlighted at the event. The system’s seamless integration with AT&T partner TIO Networks ensures that the billing process is accurate and efficient.

Compensation reconciliation is another feature that AT&T agents found favor with. “Simplifying tracking and reporting of sales and commissions is just another way that using Wireless Standard makes life so much easier for us ,” says Jeff Wong, the owner of One Tel Communications.
