The new integrated solution makes it faster, easier, and more accurate than ever for AT&T dealers using B2B Soft’s Wireless Standard POS terminal and business management product to activate its customers at the point of sale. With a single click, dealers can now download all customer activation information including customer contact information, mobile number, rate plan, equipment specifications, phone features and add-ons, the IMEI of phone, and SIM cards.
This one-flow transaction approach streamlines the activation process at the point of sale, reduces fraud, and minimizes the errors/discrepancies that can occur in a double-entry process. AT&T dealers also benefit from Wireless Standard’s business management and reporting features, which provide integrated account reconciliation and consolidated reporting for a more accurate and real-time analysis of cash flow and other financial variables.
Integration of POS1 and POS2 via Wireless Standard cuts transaction times in half. It ensures accuracy in every detail of the transaction, minimizing error and fraud. “By streamlining the POS process, dealers no longer have to input the same information twice in what has been, until now, a manual and redundant activation procedure,” says Steve Orlov, B2B Soft’s Executive Vice President of Sales.
